we offer free shipping on all orders $150 and over.

standard: 1-7 business days | $10

express: 1-3 business days | $13

we will dispatch the same day (see order processing below) but delivery times will depend on your location and ours (we're in metro melbourne). use this australia post delivery calculator for a more accurate estimate based on your location.

once your item has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number which you can check here.

order processing

orders placed before 12pm (aest) monday – friday will be dispatched the same day.
orders placed after 12pm (aest) will be dispatched the next business day.
orders placed on weekends or victorian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

standard: 5-15 business days | $15 aud

customs delays and charges

if you are in the united states you will not be charged duties and/or taxes due to the lovely little free trade agreemnent between our country and yours.

if you are ordering from elsewhere, when an international order reaches your destination it may be subject to your countries customs clearance procedures and import duties, taxes and/or customs fees. these can cause additional expenses and delays beyond the original delivery estimates. duties will remain the responsibility of the customer. please check with your local customs office for further information.
