exchanges & returns

your happiness is our happiness so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item/s to us within 14 days of receipt of goods for an exchange or refund.

we will happily exchange items that do not fit correctly for the right size if available. but please refer to our size guide before purchasing to avoid unnecessary postage costs and disappointment if your size is no longer available.

exchanges and refunds will only be accepted if all items have not been worn, washed or altered in any way and are still in their original condition with all tags attached.

how to exchange or return an item

please email us (info@harryandpop.com.au) within 14 days of receipt of goods with your original order details, whether you would like an exchange or refund and, if an exchange, your desired replacement size, colour and/or style.

please print, complete and include this exchange and returns form along with your item/s.

upon receipt of item/s, we will assess and if the above requirements are satisfied (not worn, washed or altered in any way and in its original condition with all tags attached) we will contact you to let you know your exchange or refund is being processed. if the item does not satisfy our above requirements it will be sent back to the customer.

you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the item to harry & pop, if an exchange, we will happily send your replacement free of charge. if a return, we will provide a refund of the original purchased price minus the initial delivery charges.

harry & pop is not responsible for the loss of items being returned therefore we recommend using a registered postal service and keeping a record of the tracking details.

faulty items

oh dear! if this is you, we are just as disappointed! in the very unlikely event that your item is faulty we will most definitely offer you an exchange or refund with priority.

please email us (info@harryandpop.com.au) within 14 days of receipt of goods with your original order details, details of the faulty item (including images) and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

please print, complete and include this exchange and returns form along with your faulty item.

upon receipt of item, we will assess and if it is deemed faulty and satisfies our requirements (not worn, washed or altered in any way and in its original condition with all tags attached) we will contact you to let you know your exchange or refund is being processed. if the item is not deemed faulty or does not satisfy our requirements it will be sent back to the customer.

we will happy reimburse you for shipping costs incurred when returning the faulty item to harry & pop and, if exchanging, we will ship your replacement free of change.
